Subway - Port Arthur

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. We arrived at 9:40, only to find the doors locked and the lights out even though they were supposed to be open until 10:00. The staff member who came out to tell us they were closed was incredibly disrespectful. Clearly, they have no regard for their customers or the times posted online. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Yesterday, I bought sandwiches for my family at this restaurant. Casey helped me with some suggestions and I ended up trying a roasted sandwich from Subway for the first time. I absolutely loved it! The restaurant was very clean and had a cozy atmosphere. Thank you. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the many fresh vegetable options available. I especially loved the spinach.

Both sandwiches were completely wrong. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Save your time and money, it's garbage.

Cero stars and is sad that such a great business as subway have cero quality cause the employees, this place need to change the manager or I don’t know what they need to do, I always eat at every subway I see and I never had any complaints, I stopped here for early lunch , and one of the girls was rude about getting the bread in the back, the one that put my vegetables in it was literally sick and coughing all over my food, I was so shocked I don’t know if it was on purpose or what the deal was but this lady was coughing and coughing no mask or nothing they don’t care, is super unhealthy to do that if she didn’t learn this before even post Covid everybody should have some kinda common sense, where is the manager of this place? The owner you should be paying attention for employees like this your business can go out of business I will never ever go back, how could it?
