I just get the Beijing Beef it's always good. Only the problem is if you think that you will appear an hour before closing for food, I can guarantee that the menu will be limited because it will turn off early. I understand that they've been there all day and want to go home, so I don't think so, BUT that's a business View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Unfortunately, they had no black pepper chicken and no mushroom chicken... both items I originally did....if asked why there was nothing, I was not told him a popular product and must wait for it to be prepared... well unfortunately I am crunchy for a time, so needed for the orange chicken and Beijing beef ..the two tastes good ... building was kept in a good clean order and staff was friendly View all feedback.
Typically fresh ingredients and good food. However, they often run out of greens, and I frequently have to wait for more to be brought out.
While I was there yesterday, I, along with several other women of color, stood in line. I went to wash my hands while my fiancé waited in line, and I found the restroom to be filthy. Additionally, the drive-thru headset was hanging on a baby seat, which I picked up and returned. The drink station was also in a terrible state. When I returned to the line, which had two other women waiting, we stood there for about 20 minutes around 6 PM without anyone acknowledging us. There were at least seven employees busy packing orders for the drive-thru, but none seemed to care about the customers in the restaurant. After our lengthy wait, the first lady in line was finally served, but the second customer left after waiting another 20 minutes without service. We eventually mustered the courage to ask if anyone would greet us, and were told that online orders took priority and that they had to serve those who had paid first. Apparently, this is the standard they are taught to follow. Overall, it was a completely unacceptable experience. We were never acknowledged, didn’t get to speak with a manager, and were even told to go online for further assistance. The lack of care and respect was appalling.
I had the pleasure of being served a delicious shrimp dish by my nephew. May God bless him in all his future endeavors and bring him great joy as he graduates from high school in 2023.
Worst location ever been to. Never have enough food prepared, sometimes undercooked. When you do get, 2 tablespoons of beef for almost 9 dollar bowl of beef/broccoli. Management and staff are not concerned about courtesy or your opinion. Witnessed this attitude since opening. The drive to another location would be worth it...
I did not like this as much as I thought I would. They wouldn't let us sample so I wasn't sure what to get as it was my first time. The rice was good but the meat I chose, I didn't like. It may have just been a bad choice that day. My sister however loved hers so I would recommend this place.
