I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A, but I have to say this is the worst location I've visited. They really need to train their staff on how to handle situations when I scan my app but still prefer to pay with my card. I only went there for the frosted lemonade. It had a different taste, but overall, it was fine. However, it melted really quickly, which I don’t remember happening in the past.

Additionally, the management doesn't seem very friendly and often appears to be standing around instead of actively helping the staff.
Long wait, but over all the food was great. I picked up my meal in the drive thru. Asked for wheat toasted bread. They forgot to get me the wheat bread. But I didn?t notice until I got home. Still enjoyed my meal though.
We visited the Port Arthur location tonight and the service we received was horrible. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. Once the food was delivered to us we noticed the fries were soggy and the four spicy chickens were old. We immediately returned the food and asked for fresh food and we explained we didn?t mind waiting. We were obviously put on the back burner because we had to wait almost 20 minutes or so for our food. I called the manager and she said she was waiting for our food to cook because she was getting us fresh food. I explained that she served almost 10 cars already and we still have not received our food. She then brings us the food. The food was not fresh, again. The manager gave us a brief apology and two coupons only to give us old food again. We are not pleased at all of the level of service received. Chick Fil-A is known for their top notch customer service. Tonight we were highly disappointed. Our experience was TERRIBLE!!!
