We went to 2 locations yesterday trying to get shakes and both places said their ice cream machine was not working. On a hot day that was very disappointing for my grandkids. View all feedback.

read moreA recent visit to Sonic left many customers with a bad taste in their mouths. From incorrect orders to long wait times, the lack of customer service and professionalism was evident. Some customers even experienced issues with the ice cream machines not working on a hot day. Despite these issues, there were a few positive notes, such as good burgers and exceptional service from some staff members. Overall, it seems that Sonic has some room for improvement when it comes to customer experience and consistency.
Service here is always horrible, we usually wait a minimum of 20 minutes for only drinks! We try using the app so maybe it?s quicker but it never is.
