What User doesn't like about Max Bowl Port Arthur:
The bowling was funny, but the lady waiting for us was extremely rude. Marcy had a terrible attitude and didn't tell us we bought an hour instead of a game. She screamed pretty and told me she literally said an hour. She could have handled it differently. We paid for another 30min, but they couldn't recover our game, so we just told her to forget it. Maybe she had a bad day, but she ruined our experience. View all feedback.
Was there for my grandson's birthday. He loved it, even if the Lazer day place was closed because of a water leak.

This place is great ! Great food and fun for the whole family. My 66 and 69 year old parents had just as much fun as my 2 and 4 year old children!
Fun experiences can be had. Good specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and they recently started up ladies night on Wednesdays. The service leaves something to be desired.
Bought the Max package and it never was delivered. Went and checked and the ticket was lost and hour into game. Very disappointed. Had 2 people new to America and had never bowled before.
