Lazy good for nothing workers with bad attitudes that want to be paid with minimal effort. White guy on the back has done a good job to work with bad employees, I feel bad for him. Hiring Manager has bad judgment about the people he rents. View all feedback.
I drove a long way to Port Arthur after placing and ordering in Nederland and had a really bad experience where a girl who claims to be the manager. But the manager of Port Arthur helped me out, heard what I had to say about the other place and offered to make my order quickly. After placing my order, I saw customers coming and going really fast, not long waiting, and business went well and fast. I appreciate my order being out soon. My children even said what it was fast after I waited at the other place for 1 hour. After I was denied a refund by the Nederland (so-called manager) after another guy had taken my order wrong, I appreciated the treatment I received at Port Arthur.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: I am not a frequent visitor to Little Caesar’s. Because of this I was unaware that when a person orders on line they have to use this 3 digit number off the receipt to code it in in order to get there pizza out of the pizza box not sure what it’s called). Now I walk in ready with my email open. When she decides to return back to the front I tell her who I am and she says it’s in there pointing at the this box they keep the pizza in). I ask her which numbers do I use? I’ve never did this before I said, to her and there’s at least 3 different numbers on my email. She then says this 3 digit number out loud and walks away to the back where the cooks are. I then asked a customer will you please help me I’m not sure on this? He kindly walks over look at my email with me helps me to resolve my problem. This young lady took no effort to give me good customer service at all. She could’ve have just pointed the numbers out on my email. She is uncourteous, doesn’t greet the customers, makes little to no eye contact, no effort into doing a good job and makes no effort to helping someone who needs her help. She was pretty much telling me with her tone of voice that she could careless. After all it is her job!!!
