excellent experience! at the beginning when we went into the loading, at least some staff welcomed us friendly, and they took our orders. our food was made immediately and delicious! I could buy my delicious meatball sub and a bag of chips with a (each size) drink for only about 12-13 dollars. First time eating at a Firehouse subs very disappointed. I ordered online, for pickup. The email confirmation said the chips would be in the bag, when I got home, they weren’t. I ordered the Jamaican jerk turkey and the Engineer. I ordered one on wheat, both had white bread. The lady at the counter was so rude told her we don’t eat pork gave italian sub when asked for spicy cajun chicken
Waited in line and nobody took my order. A guy told me that another person will take my order and pointed to a woman. Went over to her and she decided to turn around and start talking to the rest of the workers. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Waited and still no service. Just had to turn around and leave.
While I usually have a good experience with them, I just returned to work and found my order was not correct. I ordered an Italian and Grilled Chicken Salad. There's supposed to be Genoa salami and chicken. My salad has no salami!
Outstanding service .. first time here and the cashier took her time to explain the different options. Thank you my family and I will be back!!!
Had the beef and cheddar sandwich and seemed a bit skimpy on the meat for the price. More bread than meat. Otherwise it was good.
