Wallys Seafood - Poplar Bluff

The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly. It was our first time, but definitely not our last time.

My husband and I celebrated our 16th anniversary there. It was 4 days early and when we stopped to get a take-out menu, my husband loved the menu. He never said anything about Saturday. They knew I wanted to wait for our anniversary, but when we got in, it was like they rolled out the red carpet. Only halfway through the meal (which was excellent) they mentioned happy anniversary and at the end of the meal they served a delicious desert and told us that it was on the house. Our server Carol was very efficient and personal. Our visit was very delightful and we will always go back.

OMG! This place was great! It was my mother's birthday who fell on the mother's day, so we went to Wally's, and it became my mother's best restaurant! She got the rehearsal plate for herself....uncantly see that there was more food on the plate when she had eaten in a week... she's from Louisiana and hadn't eaten seafood for decades. Thank you for my mother's memories and a great time!!!

Best fish restaurant I was here! Hubby had the fried catfish that was made perfect. Crispy coating and no fishy taste. Son had fried Tilapia and it was also great. I had the crab legs that I had ordered hesitantly, because if they are not properly cooked, they are not good. They were perfect. Had exactly the right amount of Cajun Seasoning and cooked to perfection for a very reasonable price. Her grading (spelling? was so creamy and tasty. The only problem we had was the waitress who doesn't quickly refill drinks, but we will definitely be back.

We came in to Wally's seafood restaurant the food was outstanding. There were only slight issues they should work on. crab cakes have an amazing sauces. However they brunch the crab cakes in this amazing sauce which causes the wonderful crab cake to soget mushy . Our server Cassy Harwell was an excellent server. Her customer service skills were impeccable compared to other restaurants nearby overall the atmosphere is adequately family-friendly. I would recommend it for anybody of any age. Food did come out hot the salad bar was extremely clean sanitation wise. I would recommend the salad bar for sure. They keep their restrooms sanitary clean there is no fishy smell at all you wouldn't even know that it was a seafood restaurant until you actually saw the menu. The chicken grilled was Cooked well and it's not dry. which was perfect still cut it open with a fork. amazing how juicy and tender it was. I want to point out one other thing our server was so kind we let her know our comments and concerns and she acted professionally and according. Cassy was one the most pleasant severs yet we have had since our stay in Missouri. Definitely ask for her she has customer service down to an art form.
