Was Mable Britt at Fazoli's a mag?
I take my oldest child to this restaurant to enjoy some delicious, hot, and flavorful food together. I have to say, this place is exceptionally welcoming and impeccably clean! The staff is amazing – they’re friendly, attentive, and even remember us! The breadsticks are always served hot, and the tables are consistently tidy. My husband and I recently visited this restaurant and had a bit of a letdown. We ordered two spaghetti dishes—one with meatballs and the other without—but both had very little sauce. The guy who was running the drive thru was very nice and patient with us while we took our time ordering through the drive thru. It was near closing so, I am hoping that is why my chicken was ice cold throughout. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch salad. I took a bite of the chicken by itself and the piece I took a bite of was ice cold almost as if it wasn't warmed up properly. There was hardly any bacon on it and barely any cheese. I made it a meal and got a piece of pepperoni pizza with it. It was pretty good though! After leaving this review and the owner reaching out to me, I spoke with Brittany, the manager. She is so nice and was very apologetic. She offered to make the salads right. I love the customer service y'all have and wish others would follow it, everywhere.

We were driving through town and snagged some Chicken Broccoli Penne and a salad. The food was fantastic. The broccoli was cooked to perfection. The drive thru window was pretty quick and the customer service was awesome. Don't hesitate to eat here!

They were polite and professional. Thanks most drive thru in this town have people that are not very friendly and can't pack your bag rite. They want 15.oo an hour and can't pack a bag. Yours is very Great they deserve 15.oo.
