What User doesn't like about Subway:
Normally very good. Tonight, an employee was not happy with me asking about an item missing from my online order. When I asked about the manager on duty, I found out that she was the manager on duty. Hopefully, it was just a bad night. Had this been my first and only experience there, I might not return. Given their past history of doing well, I will not let this experience influence me. The staff at this location are quite rude and seem to lack basic customer service skills. Additionally, the vegetables on the subs are wilted and mushy. They should also pay more attention to the cleanliness of their store, which is lacking.
The service was quick, efficient, and everything was spotless. It seemed like a young man was undergoing training, as he was in uniform and just watching the team at work. All the staff were friendly, and they performed their tasks well.
The staff here is quite inconsistent. It seems like the night shift isn’t really invested in working in the service industry. Why bother to toast a sandwich if you’re just going to drown it in sauce? I had a garlic sandwich that was meant to be great but fell short. The rotisserie chicken lacked flavor, and the tomatoes were nearly rotten and mostly mushy. I won’t be returning to this location.
The bread was burnt, and the sub was a messy experience overall. I requested pepper jack cheese, but it was not included.
The protein bowl was missing the added meat I requested, and the portion size was very disappointing considering the price.
