The Wine Rack The Java Stop Cafe

You could think... Missouri, should probably find a burger and pommes. Don't do it and stop at this place. We ate at many high-end places from St. Louis to Nashville. The food of Wine Rack hit all and the chefs finess here was amazing. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but on the inside it is a culinary wonderland where you have to get lost. Pamper the fantastic steaks or have a simpler pasta dish. It is all professionally prepared as the great time kitchen teams in the world would do it. If you have time in your trip or just need a great place for a chic date night, this is place. Great service, great food, great restaurant.

This location is directly from the highway. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is really sweet. The atmosphere seemed very open and relaxing. I got a winery from the wine barrels and the beautiful lights that were broken up. They have all different types of alcohol. You can find beer, wine and whiskey. The air conditioning was low, so it was very cool and comfortable. I think the interior was very clean. Our waiter was very friendly and starting he was the only one waiting for all tables. I feel like he has an amazing task to fill all drinks. He remembered everything that our order was right and he checked us frequently. I've tried the $6 way. I wanted to try something else because I usually drink whisky, but I decided to try wine. I don't like wine, so I wouldn't order it again, but $6 for the wine flight was a really good price. I think the next time I will try some of the different types of cedar they had. My husband and my friends are trying a German beer and a Brazilian beer. They liked the German beer most. For our appetizers we chose the cheese with olives and a fruit puree. The cheese taste is not too strong, it is really nice. I would describe it as a bright Cheddar taste. I'm not sure, but I think the cheese was Mozzarella. The cheese was in bread that was a kind of croissant. The croissant was very light and soft, it had a wonderful buttery taste. Is for our meal we had a ruby sandwich with an aju sauce We also added a side grilled asparagus and cheese risotto. My husband enjoyed the Ruben sandwich, he said it had a big roast beef flavor and enjoyed the cheese that was on it. Our asparagus was really small, but it tastes really good. Is the risotto that wasn't completely cooked so we didn't finish it. The aromas were wonderful, but it was still very solid. We shared a steak dinner with vegetables. They ordered their steak medium and it was cooked as they ordered it. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, they were not overcooked and they were seasoned. If our friends have been in the popular bluff for 3 weeks, we have eaten in many different places. They said that was their favorite meal. You said the steak was perfect. I'm giving 5 launches, because everything was wonderful. Bartender knows how to do a Manhattan. I had the rib and my wife had the file. This place would let us go for another food from Atlanta. If someone asks me why I would go to Poplar Bluff, then I must say, “Of course for dinner at The Wine Rack!” Thanks for a great meal.

We love this place so much. Excellent food and service. If you go in and smell the kitchen....it really does!!

Only giving 5 stars so this will be seen!!! Will not be back!! Super expensive for what you get. The food was so bland, and extremely small portions, service was slow, cooks did not appear to care to even want to be there, let alone cook decent food. Even the Tom Collins I got was way too much lemon and bitter. They’re lucky to be getting 1 star from me. Will not be returning!!!
