Description

This neighborhood bistro pairs farm-to-table freshness with a curated beer and wine list, live music and attentive service. Highlights include a buttery croissant-wrapped cheese starter, a perfect medium steak, a Reuben, a chicken-bacon panini, coffee to go and budget-friendly wine flights. Prices lean upscale and occasional issues — a brief seating delay, an undercooked risotto and visible lack of gloves during food prep — were noted, but the quality of food, drinks and relaxed atmosphere make it a worthwhile treat.

This is a fantastic spot to relax with some cocktails and enjoy a semi-upscale meal. Just keep in mind that the service tends to be slow, so be prepared for a wait.

The food and coffee are quite good. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the flavors are excellent and the dishes have a unique taste and texture that you won't find at most chain restaurants.

This place exceeded my expectations! I initially thought it would have a formal atmosphere based on the pictures, but I was completely mistaken. The staff was friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and the food was fantastic!

The bartender truly knows how to make a proper Manhattan. I ordered the ribs while my wife chose the filet. This restaurant is definitely a go-to for us when we're in the area. If anyone asks why I would visit Poplar Bluff, my answer would be, “Absolutely for dinner at The Wine Rack!” Thank you for a wonderful meal!

This was a nice restaurant with good decor. Service was good. I jad a pepperoni pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. The pizza was thin crust personal sized. This is a place I would definitely return to. It is located on the main road through town in a small strip mall. It isn't easily seen, but if you are looking for it you should be able to find it. The noise level was low and it was easy to have a conversation.
