Had to wait for an additional 10 mins to get it remade while the rest of the order was now cold. Horrible

The new soda machine wasn't working properly and some customers were getting upset which wasn't the workers fault. The assistant manager was working hard to get the machine working again.

And when we were checking online to see operating hours, worker on speaker box said their lights weren't working tonight. Then, it's a miracle they came on... seemed as though they didn't want business.
