Taco John's - Poplar Bluff

My husband and I went to Taco John’s today and when we got to the window the took our money hand us half the order and we had to honk several times to get someone to come to the window so we could tell them that we did not have the whole order. They finally gave us the rest of the order. Well let’s just say that that food was no good I ordered a taco salad that was absolutely disgusting and my husband wanted the potato oles and they were socked in grease. I called them when we got home and they said that I need to bring the food back to them. I told the lady that I live like 30 miles away from there and I was not getting back out she said she would call a manager that had been there longer and she would call me back in 5 mins well that never happened. I called them and she was very rude with me and told me THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. What away to treat a customer. All I can say is we won’t be back.

The food was cold but 8n their defense.... I think they were training 2 or 3 people. It's usually much better than

It sucked we were charged for extra meals more than what we ordered and what we got was cold like it came out of a fridge staff was rude.

Went for the first time. Wife and i ordered. She got a taco salad combo. Mabey 1 teaspoon of beef. Rest was salad mix. I ordered a supposedly big burritto. Not the boss. Stone cold. Potates were also cold. We only live 15 minuets from resturant. So food should not have been refigerator cold. This was at about 5pm when we ordered our dinner.
