I saw the great reviews so we stopped on our way back home from Branson. It is a big dinning room and plenty of waitresses working. Husband had smothered steak with gravy and onions with mashed potatoes and green beans. I had pancakes bacon and two eggs. (I love dinner breakfast). What Jim Gentry doesn't like about Myrtle's Place:
Biscuits too dry and gravy too little. It's very noisy. Over priced.Update: the remodeled interior is nice. Service is still the same. Food is only average. $3 for a drink or an order of fries is too high.Update: I was invited to join others there for breakfast. It's still the same below par for a place with that much history. I love going to Myrtles and having breakfast. I like to get the biscuit gravy and eggs. The only thing I have noticed the last couple times that I have gone there is that the scrambled eggs have been running. I'm not a big fan of that. I also love their chicken and dumplings. My husband likes to get their Philly cheesesteak.Kid-friendliness: My kids like going.Wheelchair accessibility: Since they remodeled I think it will be more convenient for a wheelchair.

Very friendly staff and great food. One of the best biscuits I've ever had.
