The restaurant was extremely busy in drive through. The manager was exposing tickets and the drive thru and one cook were supposed to clock out. They left although it was busy. The manager didn’t ask anyone to stay and got upset and tried to call someone. She couldn’t reach them so she went to the office and locked herself in. The restaurant was extremely busy in drive through. The manager was exposing tickets and the drive thru and one cook were supposed to clock out. They left although it was busy. The manager didn’t ask anyone to stay and got upset and tried to call someone. She couldn’t reach them so she went to the office and locked herself in. The young girl up front was left to try to manage and she was nearly in tears having a meltdown. The manager didn’t shut down drive thru or try to remedy the problem at all. And let the staff in a horrible position. She needs to be reprimanded and not lead a shift if she can’t manage it. It took me 25 minutes to get an 8pc nugget and fry and the several cars before me hadn’t gotten their food yet.
The whoppers where cold and an old lettuce tomato where also bad I won't be going back ..
Epic fail. 20 min wait went in and food not started.
Been sitting in this line, waiting on food for 20 minutes now...ridiculous service for a drive thru, fast food joint.
