I popped in just a few minutes before closing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good selection still available in the case. The key lime cupcakes were outstanding!

The nice lady opened the box for me, and while I looked at my cupcakes, I didn’t notice at the time that the red velvet ones were missing the nuts. There was a sign indicating that I had picked up and paid for my order. However, just 30 minutes before my son's party, I realized that there were no nuts on the red velvet cupcakes. While it wasn’t a huge deal, I was frustrated considering I had paid $61.59 for them. I immediately called the Cake Corner to express my concern. The man who answered, who I assume was the manager, was unsympathetic and dismissive. He suggested that I return the cupcakes to his store so he could add nuts to them, disregarding the fact that this was a health violation. I explained that this wasn’t necessary; I just wanted to let him know about the missing nuts. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing for the inconvenience, he insisted that since I signed off on the order, it was my fault. I pointed out that my signature merely indicated that I picked up the cupcakes. If you’re reading this, sir, you should know that if something like this happens to another customer, the proper response should be: "I apologize for your inconvenience. Please feel free to stop by anytime, and I will make this right." Unfortunately, you've lost me as a customer.

I loved the giant chocolate chip cookie I shared with my 1yr old granddaughter shh don't tell her parents. It was one of the best cookies I've had. I enjoyed the red velvet cupcake today it was flavorful I wish the icing had a tad more cream cheese then it would be A+! My daughter had the strawberry cup cake she didn't enjoy it as much as the strawberry cake. She said the icing and cake batter were not the same. So she'd have the cake again not the cupcake. I tasted a piece it was fine but the red velvet was more tasty to me. I had the almond flavored cupcake and maybe it's a sponge cake which I despise if you like sponge cake try it. The icing is yum! Pricing was good we had all of this for $17.
