I went to this place at least 3 times and doubt I'm going to go a 4th. the food itself is in order, but the service is over slow. the last visit I had ordered t... read more I went to this place at least 3 times and doubt I'm going to go a 4th. the food itself is in order, but the service is over slow. the last visit I had ordered to expect a little slower. it took 20 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. this place was not really busy. I had to sit and wait for a sandwich while I was the only car in the drive thru so again I expected a wait, but 20 minutes is acceptable over everything.

I only stopped by for a quick breakfast, and Takira was fantastic. She took our orders and was very friendly and helpful in choosing our meals. She recommended some delicious cookies that I really enjoyed! I would highly recommend this place; the service was outstanding, and everyone was smiling!

When I inquired about... read more I visited this restaurant at 7:55 PM on October 29, 2022. I ordered an 8-piece family meal but was informed that they were out of chicken. When I inquired about the possibility of frying more chicken, I was told that it wasn't an option. The only alternative available was chicken tenders. Given that the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, I found it frustrating that they couldn't prepare more chicken after 7:55 PM. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

They wouldn't cook any additional chicken because they'd already cleaned the fryers. The customer service was lacking; I waited almost 10 minutes before someone attended to me at the register, and the food I received was only lukewarm.
