I waited for 20 minutes for my food, only to be skipped while multiple people who ordered after me received their food before me. It wasn't until I approached the staff that they started preparing my order. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for 20 minutes, the worker informed me that the screen showed it had only been 17 minutes and 49 seconds. This wasn't the first negative experience I've had at this restaurant, and I won't be returning. I'll visit the location on Pooler Parkway instead.
There were 2 workers in there. We got there at 9:00am they were open at 7:00am. There were no food made or nothing. THEY WERE ON THEIR PHONES AND NOT EVEN PAYING ATTENTION TO US! Never AGAIN!!
