Taco Bell - Pooler

I had ordered online after a busy day at only 8 o'clock. they claimed to be open until 10 o'clock and it was on the way back to the hotel. when we arrived there, cars were lined at the window and seemed to move slowly. all the lights were on, the drive through the menu was illuminated, cars were parked on the parking lot. After waiting on the menu board for ever, we continued to walk in to see a man (not a hired) on the parking lot that told everyone they had closed before a da. had to cancel my order and drive around a strange city looking for something else to eat.

No one works after 20 o'clock? workers inside, but not answer running gear thru. 10 of us drove away after 20mins

Pulled up at 10:14 they advertise online that they are open late. Several times I’ve come to this Taco Bell and the staff says they are closing up early. Every once in a while I understand but when it’s a several times a week thing I don’t understand. This was the only Taco Bell that was semi decent in this town and now it’s on the bottom of the list too. I won’t even lie I use eat Taco Bell like 4-5 times a week. But after several bad experiences here recently it’s just getting out of my dinner rotation.

The people at the window tried to give me the wrong drink, and forgot my extra cup of water entirely. No one said thank you, smiled, or apologized for the mix up. The beans in my burrito were still dry/crusty in spots.

No matter how desperate you are, just don't go here... By far the worst talk about I've ever been to; I've given them too many chances, and every time I go something is either messed up with my order, or the food looks like it was thrown together by a 5 year old. I'm really not over exaggerating at all. I'm done giving them chances after tonight because I drove through the drive-thru to get some food at 11:45 p.m., when they're closing time says 2:00 a.m., and I waited the intercom for about 10 minutes before I call them and get no answer. So I roll up to the windows and the place is completely lit up with all the chairs still under the tables, but not an employee in sight. Completely deserted over 2 hours before closing time with all the lights and signs and everything on as if it was open. Not to mention, every time I did go in the place smelled like dirty mop water.
