Kfc - Pooler

Traveling on 95 and glad I stop. The wait was short and the staff was fast and organized. They did give me potato’s verses fries but they corrected the issue quickly.

Don’t go to this place. They are super rude and they treat you like an animal trying to be fed for free. The audacity this people have is unbelievable. They didn’t put part of my order and after I went back to explain the lobby is closed so walked to the drive up window. Everyone looked at like I was an alien and when I explained the situation to an older lady, she then looked to the manager with a rude tone and told I need to get away from this window come see what he needs. They manager has no clue and you can tell that they are ganged up on him and basically he is scared of them. Stay away and or double check your order before you leave.

I'm not sure what's going on but KFC chicken is not like it used to be no matter where you go. I think they missed something when adding the ingredients for sure! Has anyone else noticed the taste on the Original?

Me and my family enjoyed our meal we ordered the chicken pot pie mashed potatoe chicken bowl.The customer service was excellent.Thank you KFC for being a part of our family and for being a local restaurant that brings great meals to our community.

They need to gives more attention to orders but otherwise I still patron them. Good service.
