The overall cleanliness of t... read more The food at this restaurant was delicious, but I believe that all staff members, including those with beards, should wear hairnets. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking, with leftover food on tables and an unclean floor. There were only three employees working, including a new girl on her first day who was doing a good job, a guy trying to teach her and handle multiple tasks, and another man sitting in the office doing nothing. This man even let his friend with a baby in a stroller into the office to chat, while the other workers were busy. It was unclear if he was a manager, but his laziness was evident. I felt sorry for the hardworking employees. When I asked for my order, the new girl requested help from the man in the back, but he ignored her, which I found to be very unprofessional. Changes need to be made at this Subway located at Poole bus station.
