The flavors were incredible and the seafood was incredibly fresh!

Didn't even get there. They canceled late afternoon stating problem in kitchen. We had walked to the restaurant in the afternoon and seen notice on door saying not open that day. Called them and was told they would be open that evening, the notice hadn't been taken down the previous day. We had our doubts as inside had looked deserted and had not been used for a while. Few hours later received a TEXT apologising that work being carried out in kitchen had not been completed. Felt very let down as this was a surprise for my wife, and I'd booked an overnight stay. Someone was not being honest with us. A big letdown.

This is a sophisticated restaurant with a focus on expertly prepared fish and shellfish dishes. It may not be the best fit for families with young, noisy children. It's interesting how in other countries, children are able to enjoy dishes like oysters and mussels without causing chaos. Until children in the UK can behave similarly, it would be helpful for the restaurant to put up a sign requesting that children be kept under control. This way, those looking for a peaceful dining experience can enjoy the restaurant's fantastic food and atmosphere. It's important to support this restaurant, especially during the quieter winter months, by catering to their core customers.
