I'll try to keep this brief. My original order was not available, so I had to change it, which was fine at first. However, when my steak arrived, I discovered a hair on it. I alerted the waiter, who simply transferred the steak to a different plate and expected me to eat it, which I refused. Came in on a Tuesday evening. Was greeted by friendly staff and a happy environment. Saw plenty of what I can assume to be regulars who were greeted with familiarity and even made more bookings in advance. Staff were polite. Food came quick. A rack of ribs with rice and salad. All was very nice. And the cocktail I had. A black Russian was just right. Worth coming again.

We have celebrated both my nabian and the best friends birthdays. the food was wonderful, the personal beautiful. They made their birthdays especially with a piece of cake with a candle and a vers of the happy birthday, all with radiant smiles. worth a visit.
Rancho steak house in poole was a great destination to a beautiful day. the atmosphere was great, eating was delicious, excellent quality, perfectly boiled, amazing taste, staff were very friendly and the owner was on the hand to let him know what a great place to eat. will go defo again to try another delicious dish.
Magnificent steak, but the owner is more interested with her phone and sat around like his living rooms on the phone with customers over. the people wait for the service that spits over the room and cried for the service.
