I came here with some friends who are currently members, the food and the place itself was nice enough but the staff and management need some major adjustments.... read more I came here with some friends who are currently members, the food and the place itself was nice enough but the staff and management need some major adjustments. All the staff behind the bar were definitely underage, there was only one member of staff that looked over the age of 14! They all had a scent of alcohol and cigarettes which is very unprofessional in my opinion, especially as an exclusive place which is members only! Also a side note, the staff should not be moaning about their managers and coworkers when there are customers in earshot! Although I heard one member of staff saying they had worked a 12 hour shift with no break and I’m sure this is illegal so will not be returning which is unfortunate because I did really enjoy the food

They have a very small capacity because of shortage of staff. Every time I tried to book, they have no capacity. Food is average and service is OK. The young staff do try hard to please. We were advised by a young man who came to meet us at the door that it was a members only club and that we could not eat there. All this was stated in a rather rude manner.

I didn't complain at the time, I thought I'd miss-read the menu until I took a look on the way out. Disappointed with myself, but also the Lake Yard. The sweet potato fries were first class. The Staff were charming and the venue has served good food in the past. What happened guys...
