The staff member (tall slim asian fellow) was very polite and asked how our food was . They were being very thorough cleaning tables in there too. I'm not a big fan of KFC and only went there because my girlfriend wanted to. But can't fault it.

The restaurant is clean and spacious. Plenty of seating and high chairs for the little ones...
