Bournemouth Days restaurant offers a clean and spacious environment, but guest experiences range dramatically. While some diners praised the friendly staff and enjoyed an impressive selection of food, including a delightful ice cream maker, others expressed deep disappointment over bland, dry dishes and high prices. Criticism focused on unresponsive management and disheartening service, especially after concerns were raised about food quality. Despite generous portions, many found meals lukewarm or poorly seasoned. While some guests vowed to return, others left vowing never to dine there again. Overall, consistency remains a challenge for this establishment.

The over all the experiences are ok, eating is ok, not amazing, broken teriyaki section when we are in dined in , the sushi are more sweet / vegetarian sushi I would not pay 18.99 for adult to dinner, the chairs are closer to the food area tatty and old, it needs to replace and only need to update.
The staff is quite amazing and friendly, eating was delicious and hot and the cocktails were brilliant. great atmosphere for the family, really loved it.
Friendly staff and eating that we ate was delicious, but very limited puddings, no sweets corner or chocolate fountain, no pancakes and no fresh cooking station so overall we were very disappointed as we got half of what we expected due to the lack of availability or closed station.
The staff was wonderful and so helpful, polite. this was our first time back in the restaurant since before the kovid, there are some changes, but still a nice place to eat.
Fantastic dining experience throughout.Superb choice of great food (including deserts) for both adults and children. My kids loved the ice cream maker and chocolate fountain!Will definitely return again soon.
