The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and reserved us a small area of the downstairs. Having undergone a recent refurbishment and new owners and management The Crown is well worth a visit. The decor, ambience are all excellent and the staff couldn’t have done any more. The food was spot on, delicious and good value for money. If local or visiting Poole I would highly recommend visiting for a stay, a drink and something to eat. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon and evening.

The staff member who served us was very friendly and accommod... read more I stopped by for a quick drink over the weekend. The pub has a lovely decor, is cozy and inviting. The staff member who served us was very friendly and accommodating. They even offered sweets to the kids and treats for dogs. It's definitely worth a visit.

Communication was very good wit... read more We got married at the Guildhall and held our celebration afterwards at the Crown. All the preparations before the day went well. Communication was very good with prompt responses and the price was good. The room we had was absolutely beautiful. The bar was well stocked and well managed. There is a beautiful outside area which we were lucky enough to enjoy due to glorious weather. Lisa and her team couldn't have done anymore to make our day perfect. We had a wonderful day and would highly recommend the Crown to anyone. Service: 5
