We went at 4.15. The waitress was cleaning the machines but didn't acknowledge us until she was finished. It does take a long time to make the drinks. There were only 5 or 6 people in there. The toilet was very messy, paper all over the floor etc. View all feedback.
The management and staff at this restaurant are fantastic. They are very friendly and always make us feel welcome. I can't find any faults with them.
I absolutely love the new look of my favorite coffee shop - it has been renovated to a very elegant standard. They serve the best coffee in the UK along with delicious cakes and food. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they are true baristas. Every visit is an amazing experience.
I really enjoyed the coffee and the staff at this restaurant! Knowing that my own son works in a similar job, I can appreciate the pressure that the barista must have felt during the busy rush. Despite the hectic environment, they remained friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all of my requests. It's rare to find a team that truly enjoys their job and provides excellent customer service, even in the face of difficult customers and special orders. I will definitely be returning soon!

Took 15 minutes to get served and I was only person in the queue, then what we ordered was wrong twice. People were just walking out from the farce today.
