The atmosphere was stunning, the food exceeded my expectations, and the service was top-notch. The prices were reasonable and the view was fabulous. I can't wait to come back again. We have already booked a table for an evening in December and I am really looking forward to it. The vibe at this place is just lovely.

Unfortunately, we were informed that the restaurant was short-staffed and had to go to a nearby shack to retrieve our food and bring it back to the cafe. Many other customers had to do the same, which was quite disappointing. This cafe used to be a picturesque spot to enjoy the view of the sea, but it seems things have changed. The heavy wooden chairs were difficult for older individuals to move, which was a downside. Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience and will not be returning.

After ordering, we waited nearly 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The service was very poor, so I requested that the 12.5% service charge be removed due to the unsatisfactory experience we had.

Shown to a dirty table, given dirty plates and served average and rather expensive food. See attached picture, £17.95 for fish and chips. Branksome beach needs to focus on food and service and not take for granted the view and location.
