But the staff need to understand that when a cus... read more The menu and the wine list are really good. This is the second time we have eaten here and it is very reliable. But the staff need to understand that when a customer says that he will pour his own wine that choice should be respected. And also. Charging for tap water for goodness sake ! Even if nominally there is some sort of charity contribution. We had visibility on 4 tables around us. They all had no drinks orders and all had their own water that they took with them. Obviously locals or regulars. We ordered a bottle of wine with a more than hefty markup. And we still had to pay for a carafe of water along with it. Ridiculous. So. At the end of the day. 157 chf for the 2 of us. And the 4 chf charge for water cost your staff our usual 20chf tip. Bravo la direction !
