Ment to post this the other day. Those smiles talked about, didn't see any.. Most irritating part of our visit, I had to wipe down a table for us to eat at.. With 3 people on shift and what looked like to be a manager. Other than that. Our sandwiches were pretty good.
The sandwich artist were not friendly at all,0 personalities, couldn't leave quick enough
I visited the restaurant to order a sandwich for my family, and as soon as we walked in, the young man behind the counter rolled his eyes at us. When I approached the counter, I noticed that Jason was the one making our sandwiches. He was quite rude and seemed to just throw our sandwiches together without any care. He wouldn't make eye contact with us and displayed terrible customer service. He even made snide comments to his coworkers about us in a loud and disrespectful manner, and he had an attitude towards us as well. The two ladies working with him were very apologetic, but it was frustrating since there was only one other customer in the store, so it wasn't even busy.
Our food was really good, and the humans working were wonderful! They were friendly and our interaction with each of them was lovely.
Might be the laziest subway I’ve ever seen. Walked into the store to order, no one inside and no one being helped, and the second we walked inside the workers said “did you order online”, I stated no, then she replied “we are way too busy we’re not doing any orders other than online orders right now”…. I guess I see now why the place wasn’t busy, or rarely ever is.
