Her attempts at upselli... read more Just two days ago, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the woman making my sandwich was quite rude, rolling her eyes at me. Her attempts at upselling were lacking as well; when I requested an extra slice of cheese, she argued instead of attempting to add a dollar to the sale. As a result, I didn't get my extra cheese and left with my sandwich, which turned out to be the worst one I've ever had from that location. The employee definitely needs to work on her people skills. I’ve made up my mind not to return until fall, in hopes that there will be some changes in staffing.

I waited patiently while they restocked,... read more I was really disappointed with my experience. I walked in and waited for almost ten minutes without any acknowledgment. I waited patiently while they restocked, thinking we had just arrived after the dinner rush. Once everything was put away and stocked, I still didn’t receive a greeting. I watched as one of the employees grabbed a piece of bread to start making a sandwich for someone else, even though we were the only customers there. The service was very disappointing. I haven't been to Subway in a while, but the previous owners always focused on providing a great customer experience. I guess things have changed.

With 3 people on shift and what looked like to be a manager. Other than that. Our sandwiches were pretty good.
