Be prepared to wait for about 1... read more The food here is fantastic, but the service provided by the staff is off-putting enough to make you think twice about returning. Be prepared to wait for about 15 minutes even if there's just one person ahead of you. Once you reach the register, you'll find the staff member seemingly more interested in their phone than in serving customers, running off to the back to respond to text messages without trying to hide it. It’s hard to tell if there’s any management overseeing things, as it seems like the kids working there are more focused on their devices than on their jobs. If this continues, it’s only a matter of time before customers start looking for alternatives. While the food is good, the poor service really diminishes the overall experience.

Then you gotta wait for the child running the register to run in the back realquick to respond to some text messages (they don't care much about hiding it). Not sure if they even have management there ornot, but if it's one of the kids playing on their phone in the back while they mad dog you for looking at them, it's only amatter of time before people stop coming back. Food is good, but service is terrible.

The pizza is delightfully delicious( try the take and bake). They have the best ice cream in town. But other items(i.e. the joy Roger sandwich) on the menu where less than good. Bring the kids there's an arcade and plenty of room. Theservices can be awesome but some of the younger works can get frustrated when it's busy. Top end money wise for pizza in polsonmt.
