We have celebrated numerous birthdays there and countless ti... read more Our family has been enjoying THE COVE'S excellent food since their business 1st opened decades ago. We have celebrated numerous birthdays there and countless times went to get ice cream for dessert. That afternoon we brought our grandson there to get his mind off things and to let him play games. I guess we should have known exactly before hand what we wanted because everytime we would ask a question or get our grandson's opinion the teenage girl taking our order would let out an exaggerated sigh and roll her eyes. After our order was taken we tried to inquire numerous times about side salads that we ordered finally told that we didn't order them when asked for a copy of our order were refused. The teen boy was the only courteous employee there that day, I wish I knew his name so I could thank him with assisting our 5 yr old grandson with obtaining change and for treating him like a person instead of an annoying kid that spoke softly due to speech issues. That was probably the last time we will ever eat there. This establishment has always employed local teens who have always had great customer service but holy cow after the rude service we received I would rather just go buy the ingredients make a homemade pizza!

Be prepared to wait 15 minutes standing behind only one person in line. Then you gotta wait for the child running the register to run in the back realquick to respond to some text messages (they don't care much about hiding it). Not sure if they even have management there ornot, but if it's one of the kids playing on their phone in the back while they mad dog you for looking at them, it's only amatter of time before people stop coming back. Food is good, but service is terrible.

Bring the kids there's an arcade and plenty of room. Theservices can be awesome but some of the younger works can get frustrated when it's busy. Top end money wise for pizza in polsonmt.
