We went there because of the good reviews but the alternative kitchen appeared to be about no knowledge of cooking and in bad supply of ingredients. Wines were... read more We went there because of the good reviews but the alternative kitchen appeared to be about no knowledge of cooking and in bad supply of ingredients. Wines were average quality. We liked the effort but no experience in the kitchen. Still a lot of work to get things better then it is now.

The courses demonstrated the use of one ingredient prepared and cooked in different ways, the taste was exquisite! Local wines recommended with each dish were fabulous and perfect with the dish. The Sommelier whilst very good was not sufficiently attentive, the course was arriving before the wine. We had to ask for service. Food and wine 10/10. The service needs to be better.

Staff are attentive and knowledgeable and it is fascinating to watch the open kitchen. I highly recommend
