From any reason this is marked by trip advisor as closed when it is opened. we do not agree with the negative assessments. we have been in port de pollenca sinc... read more From any reason this is marked by trip advisor as closed when it is opened. we do not agree with the negative assessments. we have been in port de pollenca since then and always call here. the location is great, right on the beach,...and we have always found the service to be fast and friendly. the foods are very good for this type of operation and have improved from the last time. we had an excellent pizza with serrano ham and a decent Greek salad.

Would normally not leave a bad review for a place, but the problem is the terrible setting of the manager. which is then filtered through to the personal. for l... read more Would normally not leave a bad review for a place, but the problem is the terrible setting of the manager. which is then filtered through to the personal. for lunch for those of us who were beautiful but absolutely no interaction with us apart from. yes, when he arrived (even) to take the order. the food was thrown off at the table and that was it. an hour later, I got up and went in to pay. even then the barmann number said how I paid with my card. two words. that was the service we have received!.

We were t... read more Arriving Tuesday p.m. with family of adults and children under years we were left to our own devices until a few minutes later were guided to a table. We were then told that we could not order until restaurant opened which was fine. We waited and ordered drinks, which were a bit slow in arriving however we could not be other than struck by the sense of tension exuded by the staff. The food was then ordered and again was a bit slow in arriving however was of a good standard, with dishes placed efficiently. Like many venues in Puerto Pollensa they appear to have been negatively affected by the Pandemic and are adjusting to the new reality. Full marks for trying.

Waited mins then the manager? asked if we had ordered food. We told him what the order was and he reordered. mins later...a Greek salad appeared and a plate of chips. Told waiter we ordered a hamburger as well. He left the chips which I had finished before I caught sight of the hamburger later) complete with chips coming my way. My wife had already finished hers so I sent my meal back. No apologies from anyone even after me saying that a decent restaurant would at least given me the drinks foc. The waiter said he didn’t talk English but carried on saying it was very busy and short on staff. Won’t be going back. I think they get customers by default as they are on the beach
