After reading many reviews and our friends telling us all about it we decided to come and experience the restaurant ourselves, we have been coming to Puerto pol... read more After reading many reviews and our friends telling us all about it we decided to come and experience the restaurant ourselves, we have been coming to Puerto pollenca for over 30 years and we have eaten in lots of restaurants over the year some good some bad and unfortunately for us this fell in the bad category, we turned up at the restaurant and there was no tables, not a problem so we waited until a table was free however we was not allowed to sit down because we were only 2 people and group of 4 who had only turned up was directed to the table and the waitress said they had been waiting longer, which one of there party and another couple said they hadn't and to let us sit down but they still wouldn't which made us and the other customers feel awkward and slightly embarrassed, probably wouldn't go back or recommend this place sadly.

We sat at the table, initially the... read more Our last day today after two weeks of a beautiful holiday in PP with lovely service throughout where we are. Sadly, not here. We sat at the table, initially the waitress sat us down, menus, two adults and two children aged 10/14. We waited, waited, waited and waited. Lots of locals were served around us, but alas we were not. The waitress blatantly looked at us and ignored us. I asked to order, she acknowledged, but still continued and ignored us. I asked politely again, she smiled and ignored us once again. Sadly, we had to walk away after 20 or so minutes waiting with and I thanked her for her lack of service politely and again just a smile and a wink from her. We were not alone in this case this morning, a women sat on her own had already asked several times and much the same was happening. We walked elsewhere and had a lovely brunch before we headed home, but we will not be returning back to this place again!
