Service was good, staff were happy to make adjustments to menu items for dietary requirements and all the food was delicious. Staff were also great with the kids. Would recommend for families.

The interior of the restaurant is very nicely decorated so was perfect for a rainy night. The food was great and service efficient considering they were really busy. We enjoyed it so much we visited again in our 2nd week (sat outside this time) and we were just as pleased on the 2nd visit. My only negative comment is that some of the meals do not come with any potatoes etc, so these have to be ordered separately which we didn't realise on the first visit. So if you go, just read the descriptions carefully

I had lamb chops, which initi... read more I had high expectations for this restaurant. Tempura prawn starter was first class, excellent. However it went downhill from here. I had lamb chops, which initially looked good. The meat was tasty, however the fat had not been rendered/ cooked at all and was inedible. My wife had seafood crepes, with an excessive amount of a watery sauce. The crepes contained minimal pieces of seafood and due to the watery sauce the plate quickly descended into a gloopy mess. After our mains dishes were cleared, we were left unattended for 25 minutes without the offer of a desert menu or spoken to in any way. Fed up waiting, we signalled for the bill and left. After a good start we won’t be in a hurry to return.
