Stayed at the resort for 3 days during a wine tasting trip. The resort and accommodation were very good, with all the facilities you could wish for. We ate in the restaurant one evening, and the food was OK. Standard fare with Steaks and Ribs the safe bet. Service was a bit ragged, but nothing too irritating after a couple of cold beers !We also had the breakfast included in our package, and the buffet was excellent.... View all feedback.

read moreA stay at Cypress Lakes resort offers great accommodation and facilities, along with a buffet breakfast that guests rave about. However, the on-site restaurant receives mixed reviews. While some enjoy the friendly service and tasty food, others find the service slow and the food lacking in quality and presentation. Despite some issues, there are standout dishes like the mushroom fettucine and caramelised scallops. With room for improvement in service, Cypress Lakes restaurant has potential to become a top dining destination in the Hunter Valley.
