I had at A&W today a beyond meat trio! Great customer service, the girl was very nice and helpful. Fast service and delicious meal.I loved the food district at Fairview and was happy and surprised to find A&W family there! I went there a few days ago and I saw that the guy that was making the burgers had no gloves on and was constantly touching his face, I didn’t see him once wash his hands,Totally grossed me out.Might not go there for a while after seeing that.

The only thing I saw bad was that one employee had the masked below the chin. That is a big mistake. I may not go there for a while after seeing that incident.The food was okay. Of course the burgers and the chickens strips were hot so that's a good sign. Taste good as well. They need better training and proper training with preparation.Service is pretty slow and need to fix that A.S.A.P. Also the management and supervisors. The management here is not the best and the employees feel that they do not want to talk with you when they take your order. They are cheapskates.Sometimes their machines for payments don't work so they need tp update that as well.December, 2021. I came here today and the clerk just wanted to rush. It is disappointing that the owner operates this A&W Pointe-Claire in the Mall. The food was hot which was a good sign but I felt like he did not want to be there.I may never order from this establishment and hope to see changes.

Food is as good as other A&W locations, however the cook handles everything with bare hands, does not wear gloves.

Great service here, the food was good. This location is inside the mall, has food trays to keep everything neat and tidy. The Sunny side up Eggs were indeed sunny side up, the toasts well done, not charred, the bacon and sausages also done very well.
