Wendy's - Pocatello

I am there today on my job with 3 customers with impediments and her little register girl decided to get snotty with me because I couldn't hear them. Well...small princess, who served us around 19:15, they don't. I was distracted and couldn't hear. the type I helped is very slow to move because it works a little different than you. Next time don't give me that they look through their silver roasted hoot eulen goggles and learn something empathy. they didn't give me a quit or I would know their names. they don't even have our bag to go ordering. the rudest I was ever treated there!!!!9/26/22 7:15(about) Monday

A hoard of teens trembling to chat with each other and do not pay attention to what they give from the window. they take their order and then only half of it. had to go back several times for missing objects and things as simple as kondiments that are requested before they ask them to move forward. I went in to ask for missing articles and had to wait until they stop talking long enough to see me at the counter.

I've been really disappointed in this location lately. Every time I ask for a double JBC they do the double stack with ketchup and just a regular cheeseburger, THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. This is has happened 3 times now. Today though, I got 2 JBC instead of 1 double, stll not what I ordered. Also, when someone asks for UNsweetened ice tea with lemon, tell them you don't have lemon! Don't just add lemonade, this makes it SWEET! Why order UNsweet tea and then just sweeten it? This drink ruins my day every time.Also, I really wish the whole corporation would bring back the go wraps! Those were my favorite, and I really don't love anything else.

Loved our visit to Wendy’s to get some frosty’s!! Fox is the best worker and deserves a raise! It was very busy and he took our order and had our food out in a timely manner. This location was very clean and all the employees seem to work graciously and kindly.

Wendy's is an excellent dining option! The restaurant is clean, typically quiet, and the food is delicious. The staff members are courteous and efficient. Whenever we opt for fast food, it's usually Wendy's! I'm particularly thrilled that they now offer breakfast. My favorite item is definitely their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit—it's fantastic! I highly recommend giving it a try!
