The food is always great!!!! The service is ridiculous our server was Toni and she was not pleasant…left us without coffee for over 20 minutes and it took 30 plus minutes to get our order. Gratuity is charged on orders over $60 even if service is not good. When we were leaving Toni went and informed the owner right in front of us…not ver professional along with another individual that we had no contact with View all feedback.
The portions are quite large, but the wait for the food can be lengthy. The service is satisfactory, and the food tastes good.
The food is consistently excellent! However, the service was disappointing. Our server, Toni, was not very pleasant. We waited over 20 minutes for coffee, and it took more than 30 minutes for our order to arrive. A gratuity is automatically added to bills over $60, regardless of the service quality. As we were leaving, Toni made a point of informing the owner about us right in front of us, which felt unprofessional, especially since there was another person involved whom we hadn't interacted with at all.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The owners are incredibly rude and unpleasant. You would expect someone in the food industry to understand basic courtesy and how to treat customers with respect. Don't waste your money here; I’d probably have a better experience eating out of a dumpster. Additionally, the owners' responses to some of these reviews really say everything you need to know about this establishment.

Well.... thought we were going to give The Waffle Nazis another shot... nope we were quickly reminded why we hate going here. Disrespectful, rude, and unfriendly staff!!
