When I called in to see what I had to do to get my orde... read more So over priced and at least 50% of the time my order gets messed up or I am missing something I ordered. When I called in to see what I had to do to get my order fixed I had to call 5 times to get through to anybody. Showed up to the store and therewasn't even a car in the parking lot so I don't know why they didn't answer their phone. They were nice enough to fix thisorder but it happens so often I hate even going to KSC anymore.

Didn't give us a receipt to leave a review on. Made us pull into subways parking lot to wait even though no one else was in line for the drive thru. Then they forgot about us there and when we went in to get our food they shorted us the 3 sides and we hadto go back in again.

Food items, and little things like the... read more Over the last year or so, the service has gotten so slow and the food quality has gone down. Things are always forgotten. Food items, and little things like the condiments and utensils. I won't accept short staff as an excuse. When you sit in the diningare waiting for 3o minutes after you order to get your food, that's completely unacceptable. I get my food faster at a sit downrestaurant. This resturaunt was fast and delivered quality product at one time. Maybe a change in management is needed.

Once in a while to order gets messed up like all fast food places. Prices are a little bit more than other fast food, but you are paying for a specific chicken recipe. And their chicken sandwiches are by far the best in town forfast food.

The service was slower than a snail stuck in the Arctic Ice. And it wasn't due to short staff. Speaking of staff, I've seen moreenthusiasm from dead bodies.
