My martini was amazing! It was like a burst of sweet huckleberries and lemon drops in my mouth. The service was exceptional, even with our large party of nine people, including children. They were welcoming, helpful, and on top of their game. They even had a gluten-free menu available. We had a great experience and can't wait to return! View all feedback.

My experience at Jakers a few months ago was so good that I decided to give it another shot. And I'm glad I did! Here's why: 1. The host remembered our seating preference. 2. The food was just as delicious. 3. The service was outstanding, even from staff who weren't our server. They were quick and accommodating. 4. The cleanliness of the restaurant was on point. 5. The staff was friendly and genuine. I appreciate whe... View all feedback.
Server was exceptional. they only get a 5 because of the fantastic server, felicia. there was a piece of plastic waste in our water. they gave us 10% for the incident. have already had problems and they always try to make it right. I enjoyed a gluten-free speckkäseburger. they charge $2 extra for the rolls I said no mayo, but still a kind of sauce. was not too bad. partner did the suppe and salad special, but it is an extra $2 if they want clam chowder that is a free day standard suppe elsewhere and no refills on special suppening choice, for an extra $2, he would have added a strawberry to his salat. the last time he tried, but he had less than a full strawberry. that's crazy and it's not worth it.
I went there for my Birthday and had a great meal. It's a little pricey but, it's for special occasions. On avg about $25 or so for a meal.steak Dinners are around $10 or more but worth it . Definitely will be back.
Great food! Filet à la jackets was wonderful tender cooked perfectly. Lobster Alfredo had good flavor. We got the wontons for an appetizer and they were so tasty. Overall great food, service was good. Everyone was very friendly.
Take out order was complete mess. Food soggy. Pizza stacked on top of each other jammed in to go big made for a mushy pizza sandwich. No lid on appetizer, which I think is how rest of food and take out bag got saturated. The kicker here is in trying to make things better for the next person, I dm’d this place to give them feedback so I didn’t have to resort to a bad review. I don’t want free meal during next visit or any of that handout fix. I only want a piece of mind that my review will better the next person. Their GM asked for my contact to reach out to me….crickets. I responded several times and still no response. It is clear they (he/she) doesn’t value my experience enough to better their product and service. I’m hoping this GM will figure out customer service and represent the owners better in the future.

I always prefer supporting local businesses over chains. It's nice to support our communities.
