The workers at this... read more This restaurant has absolutely terrible customer service. I love the coffee at java in Blackfoot, Idaho, where I never encounter any issues. The workers at this restaurant are the worst and it seems like nothing is ever done about it. I often see complaints from customers about how poorly they are treated, and yet every time I visit, I experience a problem. Today, when I tried to explain that my drink was incorrect, the employee was extremely rude, argumentative, and even hit me in the face when I said I wouldn't argue with her. I will never return to this place. I hope the owner takes action and hires staff who excel in customer service.

It was really good and it was a surprise haha the lady who took the order face kinda lit up it was funny I'd def recommend them. The location I was at was the one in Pocatello.

But I didn't know where else to go until I ran into these guys. I am never looking back again.Coffee here is the right temperature for a warm hugging large gulp on a cold morning just the way I like it. Right bitterness, right sweetness. Just enough to give you that jolt in the morning.If you are like me, give this a try. I recommend their white caramellow coffee. You will want to come back again and again. I know I will.
