The workers at this... read more This restaurant has absolutely terrible customer service. I love the coffee at java in Blackfoot, Idaho, where I never encounter any issues. The workers at this restaurant are the worst and it seems like nothing is ever done about it. I often see complaints from customers about how poorly they are treated, and yet every time I visit, I experience a problem. Today, when I tried to explain that my drink was incorrect, the employee was extremely rude, argumentative, and even hit me in the face when I said I wouldn't argue with her. I will never return to this place. I hope the owner takes action and hires staff who excel in customer service.

The gals here are fabulous and I always leave them at least a $1 tip on a $3 coffee, but I've noticed the past few times I've gone they are extremely quick to b... read more The gals here are fabulous and I always leave them at least a $1 tip on a $3 coffee, but I've noticed the past few times I've gone they are extremely quick to bring me my americano with extra shots and it's lukewarm nd not frothy at all. So I am pretty sure they are giving me drip, which is very disappointing and sad, esp since I tip so well. I wont be coming back to this location and will going to the one in Blackfoot when I visit my boyfriend.

(I am so much a few of them know my face and order with the heart now lol) the selection of the aromes and options for various ways to drink their coffee is wonderful. I've been a java express fan for many years, and the quality of the entire experience has always been great.
