Butterburr's - Pocatello

Butterburr's has a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. They are locally/family owned and operated. Everything is homemade. They use real Idaho potatoes, which is a must for this Idaho girl. Their chicken fried steak is my favorite in town! Perfect texture and flavor. I also love their SST (Soup Sandwich Treat. Their homemade soups are the best in town. I pick up a large chicken noodle soup anytime that anyone in my family is sick. It's good anytime, though. My favorite treats are the cinnamon twist (it's huge and the oatmeal pie. It's similar to pecan pie and oh so tasty. If you're craving down home cooking, with hearty portions and reasonable prices, Butterburr's is a great choice.

Everyone was very friendly and the food was really good. They were very fast bringing our food out. The only thing that frustrated us was that our server was chatting for a few minutes before she came over to take our order. Great atmosphere though!

I had the Spicy Chicken Salad. It was real good but not at all spicy. They do serve Breakfast all day. If your looking for good food lower prices than the large chains, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

A classic in Pocatello for a reason! You do everything really good breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, treats, service, prices and atmosphere are all the tops of the line. The new building is beautiful, and the seats are so comfortable! The food is amazing as always. The chicken noodle soup is the best, but you can go wrong with nothing on the menu. The bread is so good, everything tastes homemade and fills. The hot cocoa is also worth mentioning. Portion sizes are generous! Service is always perfect. Very recommended.

Fantastic breakfast and friendly employees! Mason is one of the best servers that we've ever had at ANY restaurant! We live in Blackfoot but Butterburr's is definitely worth the drive for great food!
