West Hoe Fish Fryers - Plymouth

Absolutely delicious fish and chips including the mushy peas, onion rings and battered sausage etc. Staff here too are absolutely wonderful.

Hubby and I decided to eat in last night at West Hoe Fish Fryers and from the moment we stepped inside we were made welcome...great service from the time we sat down till the time we finished our food....fish was out standing,delicious and fell to pieces as soon as my fork cut into it....we were served by Jas who was great. Fantastic customer service all round, didn't have to wait long on our order...best fish and chips around up the great work Nick,Coleen and Jas

I am quite picky when it comes to fish and chips, but let me tell you, this place is amazing! The batter is crispy with no sogginess, the fish is delicious, and the chips are just the right amount of crispy without being too hard to pick up with a fork. The gravy is tasty and the crispy, broken pieces of Marsala on top are a nice touch. I highly recommend this place!

This cozy little restaurant may only have a few tables, but the fish and chips are absolutely delicious and the service is friendly. The fish and chips are freshly cooked, not reheated, with a light and crispy batter, perfectly cooked fish, and chips that are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Definitely worth a visit!
