why go to portugal when you can go to the Lisbon Café in plymouth. what a fantastic selection of baked pastries and cakes baked on the ground and also good coffee. it's probably good that I don't live in plymouth as I'm here for breakfast every day. there are probably enough sorts to have another bake every day of the month. I stopped there in the afternoon by the way. I had a mini pastries, orange muffin and coffee. The pastries were old and no tasty. The orange muffin was dull. Coffee was OK but nothing special. In the coffee shop and independent business I would expected better quality for both. Only the garden was nice. I will no come back. View all feedback.

My wife and I always pop in for a cup of the excellent coffee if we're down that end of town, and I can't help having at least one Pastel de Nata (cream tart to go with it. For lunch I have one of the fab Bifana sandwiches. I absolutely adore this place. Super polite, friendly, helpful, and the food is always delicious. I honestly can not recommend this place enough!
