What Ericka Hickle doesn't like about Bill's Cafe:
Very average breakfast. The omelette was very bland that needed salt badly. (My flavor) Some may like it like that. Hash browns were ok. Too soft and undercooked in the center for my taste. The top and bottom of the hash browns were perfect but not the center. Toast was good and very good customer service. Very helpful. I would definitely try them again with a different dish. Today was my first visit and I can only say positive things about this restaurant. I reside in Stockton but I'm a Bay Area native. It was nice coming to the clean city and seeing people not depressed. My daughter who lives in Berkeley and my son who lives in San Leandro were with me.
