Will be saddened when this fine restaurant closes its doors for business.... Been coming to this establishment for 27 years! The food menu offerings are absolutely yummy... I will miss the staff too, absolutely professional! Best wishes to all...... View all feedback.
What Anabelle Harber doesn't like about Barone's Restaurant:
Seriously overrated. Ambience ok but music too loud. Food is very ordinary, think Denny?s. Same veggies and mashed potato in every $45 entree we ordered. Outrageous pricing considering this is no Ritz Carlton fine dining! Shame we blew $250 on a celebration dinner which is best forgotten. View all feedback.
Loved everything but the noise level! Horribly loud couldn’t hear the waiter or each other. ;
Charged. Since we waited an unusually long time for the waiter to return with our card, I received 3 text messages from the credit card company with three different fee amounts for this restaurant. When the waiter came back, I confronted him and said the owner had problems running the card, but the wrong fees should disappear until Monday (that was Saturday). On the following Wednesday I checked the account and there were 2 fees that went through and another one that was pending. They were all different amounts, only 1 was the amount I signed. Called credit card company and found that the correct fee was made with the chip reader and the other 2 were processed as online transactions. Credit card company that deals with fraud. Pay attention to the payment card you use when you eat here.
Fantastic atmosphere Great dinner location top menu options Has the Ribeye....this will be my regular order here...it was very memorable.... Coming from a chef, this is very well cooked to a delicious medium. Black scalops were amazing. Highly recommended in all a wonderful evening?
What a great restaurant! We went there to celebrate my father's 76th birthday and they were very accommodating. A very nice restaurant. It looks like a house was converted into a restaurant. Excellent service and excellent food. We ordered a few bottles of delicious Malbec and an unflavored mai tai. I had the chicken parm that was good. My father had Seabass what he said was very good. The shrimps, Calamari and chicken wing appetizers were amazing. The most impressive part is that they allowed me to bring a cake. They kept it cool and when it was time to sing my father's happy birthday, they brought it with burned candles that totally shocked me. After we sang happy birthday, they took the cake and cut it into slices and served them. What extraordinary experience. I recommend this wonderful restaurant. Oh, and at seven there was a band playing in the bar. I didn't hear her from where I was.
The restaurant was breathtaking! We really enjoyed the atmosphere. But we were in a party of 16 and we are assigned a certain menu that had no prices on it. Although every meal came with reading, salad, a duck and dessert; the prices were in extremely high, with the rack of lamb $78 and the salmon and chicken each were $60. It wasn't a tip. I'd go back, but not on a group.
