I have no problem with the service or generally with the food. but yesterday I tried the wagyu cattleburger and sad to say it was cold and not light pink in the middle. I'm sure this was somewhere in a tablet and just waiting for an inattentive customer to come in. I'm not buying this. I'd rather wait and get a fresh burger than a cold.
The service was excellent, polite and helpful! the prices were reasonable, and that was good. we're back!
Ordered 2 double meat Rubens and only got 2 with single meat. I had a coupon but she didn't add the extra meat to the order. I even double checked with the girl putting it in the bag and she said they were double meat. Failed me tonight.
We love Arby's. The staff is very nice. We are so glad that they are opened inside now!!!
