Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt - Plattsburgh

Great place to stop in and get a quick treat. The employee was prompt to ask if I need help with anything; along with cleaning up the mess a group of younger children had made. The establishment was very clean and the flavors sounded good. Unfortunately one of the machines was over freezing and I was unable to enjoy the flavor I intended to get. The employee tried to get the machine to work with nothing helping. Overall for the amount of yogurt I got including toppings came out to a reasonable price. I will be returning again soon!

Great! You can either sit down for a few minutes or get in and out very quickly. There has never been a wait when I have come here, which is usually around 8-10pm. The frozen yogurt is very good, and they are never out of any toppings that I have experienced. The staff are very nice and keep the place clean. Would recommend.

I asked for a chocolate shake and the response was ?I don?t know how to do that.? Like why do you work here then? She then continued to stare at me so I left. Worst experience at a store ever. Part 2: well I got my shake this time but guess who has food poisoning ????. Thanks Sweet Frog, will never go here again. Stewart?s only from now on!!!

I had ordered a vanilla frozen yogurt with Reese?s topping and the yogurt tasted like Pantene shampoo or perfume. The Reese?s were good though.

The worker while I was there was quite incompetent. I walked in and didn?t get a hello or anything then as I payed there was no talking just the total and that was it. While eating a couple walked in and they had to stand there for easily 5 minutes without even seeing a worker. They stood waiting and waiting and nothing, final she walks out and again no words. They had much better morals then me clearly because i would just booked it after waiting that long. I can?t say that experience was very sweet of her.
